ENGINEERING

HDPE- High density polyethylene is a thermoplastic polymer. HDPE is a popular commonly used material available in various grades depending on the application requirements.
UHMWPE- Ultra high molocular weight polyethylene is suited to engineering applications where its unique properties of excellent impact strength, wear abrasion resistance are required.
Acetal- Acetal is a semi-crystalline material with high strength, low coefficient of friction and good wear properties especially in wet environments.
Recycled HDPE- Recycled HDPE is an extruded flat sheet panel manufactured from recycled hdpe & polypropylene. The process produces flat sheet panels that offer a number of distinct benefits over comparable flat sheet products such as plywood, marine ply, mdf and other traditional construction and shopfitting materials.
Nylon- Nylon is a strong, stiff engineering plastic with outstanding bearing and wear properties. Nylon is frequently used to replace metal bearings and bushings often eliminating the need for external lubrication. Other benefits include a reduction in part weight, less operating noise, and decreased wear on mating parts.
Teflon- Teflon is a polytetrafluroethylene (PTFE) Carbon and graphite fillers are available in several grades to match specific applications.
